What we keep, and why
- When you sign in with Patreon: your Patreon user number, name and e-mail address, and what you paid to this campaign, to check what you may claim. We never see your payment details and we keep no Patreon password or access token.
- For a license: the key, the product, the name on the license, your e-mail address and the date.
- For each activated computer: a one-way fingerprint of the computer, its name and the activation date, to enforce the limit of 3 computers.
- For a free trial: your e-mail address, a fingerprint of the computer, the dates, and whether you agreed to receive news. One trial per computer.
The legal basis is the performance of the license. News are only sent if you agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to slow down key guessing and is not stored.
Cookies
This site uses one technical cookie for 30 minutes after you sign in, and one for 10 minutes during sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare hosts this site and its database. Resend sends the license e-mails. Patreon handles the payments under its own privacy policy.
How long
License records are kept as long as the license can be used, because the plug-ins check them. Trial records are kept so that a trial is only given once per computer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to the address above. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
