Buying a key
GOTY keys are sold through Patreon. You join a GOTY tier, Patreon takes the payment, and you get your key on this site with your Patreon account.
A key is permanent: it keeps working after you leave the tier. Your Patreon membership renews every month until you cancel it on Patreon. Each further month paid can be used for another plug-in.
Before your key is delivered, you ask for immediate delivery and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. The free 14-day trial in the plug-ins lets you try them first.
The license
- A GOTY key gives the person named on the license the right to use the plug-in it covers (or the three plug-ins of the GOTY Clan) on up to 3 computers they use themselves.
- The sounds you make with the plug-ins are yours. The plug-ins, their code and their artwork remain the property of MG9.
- You may not share, resell, rent or publish the key, the license files or the plug-ins, nor try to get around the license check.
- Moving a key to another person needs the written agreement of MG9.
- A key obtained with a payment that is cancelled, refunded or disputed is disabled.
- The plug-ins are provided as they are. MG9 fixes the problems it can reproduce but cannot be held liable for losses caused by their use, within the limits allowed by law.
- These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protections of the law of their country.
